1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our free Telegram group or purchasing lifetime premium access to AI PIPS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

2. Service Description

AI PIPS provides AI-assisted forex trading signals delivered via Telegram. Our service includes:

• Free public Telegram group to evaluate signal quality
• Premium lifetime access with real-time forex signals
• Entry, take profit, and stop loss levels for all signals
• AI-powered market analysis
• Risk management guidelines
• Telegram and email support

3. Lifetime Access and Pricing

3.1 Free Trial Group

All users can join our FREE public Telegram group to experience signal quality before purchasing. No payment required, no time limit.

3.2 Lifetime Premium Access

Premium lifetime access is available for a one-time payment of R2,999 ZAR (or 199 USDT cryptocurrency). Pay once, access forever - no recurring fees.

3.3 Payment Methods

• FNB bank transfer for South African customers
• USDT cryptocurrency (Solana, BSC, or Ethereum networks) for international customers
• Payment proof must be submitted through our form to payments@aipips.co.za
• Access granted within 1-2 hours after payment verification
• All fees are non-negotiable and subject to change with notice

4. No Cancellation - Lifetime Access

Lifetime premium access is a one-time payment with no recurring billing:

• No subscriptions to cancel - pay once, access forever
• Access remains active indefinitely after payment verification
• Free group available without payment for unlimited evaluation

5. Refund Policy

Given that we offer a FREE public group for unlimited evaluation, all lifetime payments are final:

• All sales are final once payment is verified and access is granted
• No refunds after verification - use free group to evaluate before purchasing
• Exceptional circumstances reviewed on case-by-case basis
• Abusive or fraudulent refund requests will be denied

6. Educational Purpose & Risk Disclaimer

• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• Only trade with money you can afford to lose
• We do not manage client funds or execute trades on your behalf

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service lawfully and ethically
• Not share your access with others
• Not resell, redistribute, or copy our signals
• Maintain the security of your Telegram account
• Provide accurate payment information
• Comply with all applicable forex trading regulations

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• AI PIPS is not liable for any trading losses
• We make no guarantees about signal accuracy or profitability
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months
• We are not responsible for technical issues, signal delays, or Telegram outages
• We are not liable for broker-related issues or execution problems

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time
• Change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• Update signal methodology and features
• Limit the number of signals per day based on market conditions

10. Account Termination

We may terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Share signals publicly or commercially
• Conduct chargebacks without valid reason
• Abuse our support team

11. Intellectual Property

All signals, analysis, methodologies, and content are proprietary to AI PIPS. You may not:

• Copy or reproduce our signals for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works based on our methodology
• Reverse engineer our AI systems
• Share signals in public forums or competing services

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in South African courts.
