The Narrative Timeline bridges the gap between technical and fundamental analysis. It automatically pulls major economic events (Fed decisions, CPI releases, geopolitical news) and plots them on your chart—showing you exactly when and why smart money repositioned.
This is critical for ICT traders: technicals show you where to enter, but narratives show you why institutions are moving price. When a narrative aligns with your technical setup, probability skyrockets.

How to Use This Indicator
1. Identify the Dominant Narrative
Look at recent events on the timeline—is the narrative hawkish Fed? Risk-on sentiment? Sector rotation? This tells you what institutions are focused on.
2. Align Technicals with Narrative
Only take setups that align with the current narrative. If the narrative is bearish (hawkish Fed), focus on short setups at supply zones.
3. Watch Pre-Event Positioning
Before major events, institutions position early. Use the pre-event alerts to catch smart money accumulation before the move.
4. Annotate Your Observations
Add notes when you notice narrative shifts or institutional repositioning—build your own narrative playbook over time.
